  1. I love the Spring Brights best – especially with those cute beach houses and butterflies on the cover!

  2. I am a lover of Autumn, but I am going to have to go with the Spring cover. It really catches your eye and makes you want to check out your book 🙂

  3. I love love love the Spring Brights cover and can’t wait to purchase the new All In A Row Again!!

  4. Although I love the bright Spring one, I feel that for a book cover the Autumn ones stands out better.

  5. Spring is the one! I’m definitely in the mood to get out of autumn and winter and on to the look and feel of spring.

  6. Looks like spring is the majority pick and I agree, spring it is. Perhaps we are all tired of this crazy winter here in the northern hemisphere?

  7. To my eyes, the Autumn cover shows off the blocks better. I would be more drawn to it if I were looking at it on a bookshelf.

  8. I LOVE LOVE the autumn cover. It speaks to me. I would be quick to pick it up if I saw that cover!

  9. Spring Brights is more appealing to the eye at first glance but the Autumn is adorable.

    1. They sell the back cover for advertising and would lose revenue. I think it’s a great idea, though!

      1. Not exactly. Book publishers – especially Martingale – never sell or use the back cover for advertising. It is used to describe the book and show more images of the book – cover art. It is magazines sell the back cover for advertising. 🙂

  10. Well, obviously I’m in the minority, but I like Autumn because IT pops more. Spring is so neutral and like so many books & magazines. I go for the ones with the dark covers that hit my eye first because there are so few of them.

    1. Hi Leslee – Book publishers – especially Martingale – never sell or use the back cover for advertising. It is used to describe the book and show more images of the book – cover art. It is magazines sell the back cover for advertising.

  11. Depends when it will hit the shops.
    Within weeks – brights (Spring)
In a couple of months – brights (Spring)
August onwards – autumnal colours (Autumn)

  12. I’m usually a “dark side” quilter, but the spring brights is very pretty. Voting for bright! (Maybe it’s this terrible winter we’re having at the Jersey shore…lol)

  13. Fall is my favorite time of the year here in northeast Texas. There’s nothing prettier than an October blue sky! However, the Spring Brights cover gets my vote easily.

  14. My California roots say “Spring”. But as a transplant to New England, I’m all in for Autumn. And I think the autumn colors will make it stand out from the brights of other covers.

  15. Usually, I am drawn to Autumn colors… but, I feel the Spring colors works best for this cover! 🙂

  16. I like the Spring Brights best. Though I am a very seasonal sewer . It’s been a long winter and I am ready for Spring.

  17. Reading the comments it seems that many want the Spring but i feel that since the first was bright and Spring like, this one should be the more rich harvest Autumn tones. So my vote is for the Autumn!

  18. Autumn! After living for 30 years in a 3-season state, I moved to one that has all 4, so now I celebrate Fall year round trying to make up for lost time :-).

  19. I love both covers but I vote for Autumn cover. In my humble opinion, the rows in the Spring cover seem to “mush” together, while the rows in the Autumn cover stand out better individually.

  20. Not just because we are approaching a much-needed spring, but because I like it best! Definitely the spring-like cover.

  21. well seeing as I am sitting in the middle of a major blizzard I vote for the spring cover…..come on spring…

  22. My vote if for Spring on the cover and Autumn on the back. Why not do different color ways for all of the quilts in the book. It’s so helpful to people who don’t have a knack for picking out fabrics and choosing a color way.

  23. If I were browsing for a quilt book I would pick the Spring Bright. Probably because I prefer the cheery colors over the more somber colors of Autumn. My first reaction when I saw the book was, “oh no, my row quilt is still sitting next to my long arm waiting to be quilted.” I just loved the rows from the last book and made the quilt king sized. Figuring out how to quilt it calls for some in depth thinking and I just haven’t wanted to think that hard. So fun. Thanks.

  24. Love both covers, really–but for my taste I’d go with Autumn. Looks like the bright Spring will be the winner, that’s OK, too.

  25. Spring Brights is my favourite. Maybe if I was voting in the fall I would choose the other one, but I don’t think so.

  26. Spring is sprung the grass is Riz I wonder where the birdies is? My heart belongs to autumn, the crisp air, the New England colors, but fot this beautiful book cover, Spring gets my vote!

  27. The book is coming out in October so Autumn Harvest is my choice. After the gray dreary winter we have had the springy cover catches my eye now, but by October I’ll be ready for some pretty fall publications!

  28. Maybe it’s because we are in the midst of ANOTHER winter storm and I am looking at a minimum of 4 (yes 4) feet of snow in my yard, but the Soring cover looks pretty appealing to me. Bring on Spring!

  29. I do love the autumn colours, but for a cover I’d definitely choose the first one – the colours work better
