Let’s hope that holds true.
This will be the third time I’ve been a guest on Pat Sloan’s weekly quilting radio show/podcast for American Patchwork & Quilting. The first time, the phone went dead. We lost the connection. The second time… let it suffice to say that I thought it would be more quiet outside than inside. That was the case, right up until a couple of United States Air Force F-15 fighter jets flew over. The garage was quiet… but there was a weird kind of echo. It might explain why it’s been a few years since Pat called me…
I’m sure the segments with Mary Abreu of Confessions of a Craft Addict and Kimberly Jolly of the Fat Quarter Shop will go beautifully.
Tune in at 4:00 pm EST – 3:00 pm CST – and so on to see how it all goes.

To read more about Pat and her amazing radio shows… she’s had an incredible line-up of guests over the years. Oy gevalt! And still she asked me?
That picture? It’s an old one but it has my sweet girl, Rosie, so I still like using it. My hair? It’s a bit shorter now, and darker. For now.
I preferred this picture that Pat found of “Rosie”…
Okay, so that’s Rosie Huntington. We are the same height… that counts for something, right?
It’s Monday. A girl takes what she can get.
Later… 4:00 pm EST.
No person has a cuter face than your Rosie. I miss hearing about her exploits.
It will be a fabulous talk for sure. Hoping to be home in time to tune in. If not I’ll listen as soon as it’s open in a few days. I loved my talk with Pat. Maybe we’ll do it again. Wishing all a great day.
Ditto, Kristi. I love hearing the little stories about her, and Carrie’s explanation about what was really going on in Rosie’s head.
Of course Pat wanted you on her show again! Someday I hope to meet you in person, myself. I sure appreciated the times you responded to my comments with a personal email back in the Arizona days and I’m especially impressed with the way you forged a pathway in the MODA world in Dallas. That was a brilliant idea from you, and thankfully they were wise enough to see what a wonderful addition you would be to their phenomenal staff!
Oh I missed it live but will be sure and catch when it’s up. I love listening to Pat’s podcasts while walking in the AM. And Rosie’s picture always makes me smile!
